Barista tip for the perfect coffee from your fully automatic machine:
- Set the grind of the machine (at the top of the bean container) to fine
- Set the brewing temperature in the menu as low as possible
- The machine should grind as much as possible - set the aroma, bean quantity or strength to maximum
- Make a double espresso or program the water quantity to a maximum of 100 to 120 millilitres
- The Créma must be brown. As soon as it turns light or white, you have already used too much water. Small cups always taste more intense and rounder.
- It's coffee time.
